MultiVersus
Impossible to talk about the best free-to-play games of 2022, without mentioning MultiVersus. It is a free-to-play platform combat game developed by Player First Games and published by Warner Bros. The game features a roster of iconic Warner Bros characters including Superman, Batman, Wonder Woman, Bugs Bunny and many more. MultiVersus is available on Windows PC (with a good gamer configuration however) and consoles. The game features optional purchases that allow players to develop their characters’ powers and special moves faster. Although the game is free, it offers an enjoyable and challenging experience for players of all skill levels. MultiVersus is often compared to Super Smash Bros, especially in terms of the identical gameplay: hitting your opponents until they can no longer get back on the platform from which you are trying to expel them. But in MultiVersus, there are only 4-player fights, and above all, the characters can interact with each other to deliver even more powerful special moves.
Knockout City
A real favorite of 2022, Velan Studios’ latest installment, Knockout City, is a unique take on the multiplayer FPS genre that combines parkour and dodgeball in one action-packed game. Although the objective of the game is simple – stun your opponents by throwing balls at them – Knockout City requires a high level of strategy and skill to succeed. Roller Champions, developed by Ubisoft, is a new free-to-play PvP team sports game that is sure to thrill you. In this fast-paced game, two teams of three players compete in a fast-paced race around a roller derby track. The first team to score five points wins the game. To do this, the players of the same team must go around the track, without losing the ball, so as to unlock the target to score points. Of course, the players of the other team must do everything to prevent you from scoring and take the ball from you. Roller Champions is fast and exciting, with a modern urban sports theme. The graphics are colorful and cartoon-like, which adds to the feeling of speed and adrenaline. The music is also excellent and really helps to immerse you in the game.
Diablo Immortal
As the name suggests, Diablo Immortal is a mobile game set in the world of Sanctuary, the fictional setting of the entire Diablo series.
